After 10 months of form filling and signature chasing we have finally got our charity number through!!!

We have now opened many more doors and opportunitys from becoming a registered charity and hope we can now raise more money for the special care baby unit at Harrogate so they can continue to help sick babies who need assisting at birth.

Harrogate Health And Healing Festival 26/27 September 2009

We had been kindly invited to have a stall at the health and healing festival at harrogate on 26th-27th September.

From selling cakes and sweets we managed to raise £246.05.

We would like to thank everybody for their support especially to Ruth and Neil for inviting us to have a stall.

After the sucess at our first race night at the Old Star in Collingham , we have planned another for Friday 31st July.

Yet again it was a sucess and we raised £205.18 towards our £9000 target!

A really fun night!! We had a fantastic turn out to this event and everyone was buzzing!! We raised a fantastic £423.79!!

Description: Michael Raynes of York Acorn Running Club, York ran the London Marathon sunday 27th April 2009 in aid of Angels. Completing in 2hours 48minutes 40seconds!. His number was 26713. His overall finishing positon was 396!

Thankyou to everyone who supported Michael in this event and a huge thank you to Michael for running for Angels. When we have final figures of how much Michael raised in total i shall update on here.

Limetree Festival

What a fantastic event!!!! Loved every minute of this weekend!

Not only did we raise £978.11 but we also was able to raise awareness of the charity and met some fantastic people over the course of the weekend!

To raise funds we sold sweets and cakes,had a tomboller and did a fantastic raffle. I would like to thanks everybody who supported us and donated prizes!

The raffle was drawn on the main stage by clife from the band FUNKY BUT CHUNKY.Our first prize was a Paul Reed Smith guitar, signed by many artists including Royles Royce,Keith Allen and Corinne Bailey Ray. The lucky winner of the guitar was Seve Peters from Manchester!!!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Sean and Karen for inviting us to Limetree festival and a massive thanks also to everyone who came and showed their support towards this good cause.
